Can you repair other companies energisers?
Yes, if you have an energiser that was made by another supplier
that needs repaired then our technicians can inspect it and replace
any faulty circuitry in most cases. In some circumstances for older
energizers some components may be obsolete and no longer produced
and it may not be possible to repair these energisers. Some electric
fencing suppliers will only provide a service for their own goods
but our well established technical dept are skilled in all energisers.
This means that you can still provide a service to your customers
who have energizers from a previous supplier
How fast is your delivery?
Usually boxed deliveries take 2-3 days from order to your goods
arriving from our base in Ireland and palleted orders can take between
3-4 days although we do keep a stock in the UK for our sales reps
to replenish shelves. If you need something in a hurry, please call
and we can usually have a parcel dispatched for 24hr delivery. Please
note that this may incur a small carriage cost.
How much is delivery?
Delivery on all orders below £300 is £5. Orders over
£300 are carriage free although a small charge will be incurred
on anything for 24hr delivery.
Do you ever run out of certain lines?
Very rarely. We have a huge warehouse in Shannon that normally
holds 6 weeks worth of stock at a time. With something so seasonal
and weather driven (ie unpredictable) as electric fencing, there
are times when everybody want the same things at the same time but
it's very rare that we cannot deliver. When the order is placed on
our system, the stock is updated instantly and if there is going
to be a delay then you will be notified ASAP.
Am I tied to supplying only Forcefield products?
Not at all. Some suppliers specify that they are either the predominant
or sole supplier in a store but we realise that this is not always
ideal and certain brands may have components that are preferred
over others for all manner of reasons.
Does your product range alter throughout the year?
Every now and again there are additions and modifications made
and these are quickly added to the website and retailers informed.
If there is something you'd like to see or have a comment on our
range and how any changes would benefit your customers, we'd like
to know. We put feedback cards in with our energisers as they provide
very important customer opinions on our products.
A 3 year guarantee - what's the catch?
There's no catch. All of our energisers are built to very
exacting standards using high quality components and a
very high standard of circuitry design by our own team of electronic
engineers. To give a 3 year guarantee shows the confidence we have
in our products and unlike some, we don't sell replacement circuit
boards as an extra because there's no call for it. On items where
the circuitry was not developed by Forcefield, the manufacturers
own guarentee period is used.
We don't produce energisers for any other company.
